JYP Entertainment's head producer, J.Y. Park, has presented Stray Kids with a lavish gift of 160 don (approximately 575 grams) of pure gold frames to commemorate their monumental achievement on the Billboard charts.

Stray Kids recently shared their gratitude on official social media channels, posting photos with the caption, "Thank you, PD-nim," featuring the members proudly holding the exquisite gold frames. J.Y. Park was also present, creating a heartwarming scene of celebration and recognition.

The special gift marks Stray Kids' historic accomplishment with their fourth full-length album, 'KARMA,' which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart dated September 6th. This victory solidified Stray Kids' status as the first artist in history to achieve seven consecutive number-one albums on the Billboard's main album chart, starting with 'ODDINARY' in 2022 up to 'KARMA'.

The meticulously crafted gold frames, with one for each of the eight members, are made of 75g (20 don) of pure gold per frame, totaling 160 don. Considering the current market price of gold, which is continuously reaching record highs globally, the gift is valued at well over 100 million KRW, carrying significant symbolic and future monetary value.

J.Y. Park, also known as JYP, is the founder and chief producer of JYP Entertainment, a major K-pop agency. He has produced numerous hit songs for various artists under his label and continues to have a successful solo music career. Recently, he was appointed as a co-chairman of the Presidential Committee on Cultural Exchange (a ministerial-level position), tasked with advancing Korean culture globally.
