Amidst a booming resurgence in band music, FNC Entertainment has unveiled its highly anticipated new band, AMP (A.M.P), marking a significant new chapter for the agency known for its successful groups like FTISLAND, CNBLUE, and N.Flying. This marks FNC's first new band debut in a decade, generating considerable buzz even before their official launch.

AMP held a showcase on the afternoon of the 10th at the Olympic Hall in Seoul's Olympic Park to celebrate the release of their debut full-length album, 'AxMxP'. The event provided a platform for the members to share their journey and express their aspirations for the future.

Lead vocalist Ha Yoo-jun expressed his gratitude, stating, "It's an honor to finally debut after preparing for so long as a trainee. We're excited to enjoy the projects and events that lie ahead." Guitarist Kim Shin added, "We are proud to be able to present ourselves to the world after such extensive preparation."

The quartet consists of Ha Yoo-jun on vocals, Kim Shin on guitar, Crew on drums, and Joo-hwan on bass. The band's name, AMP, is an acronym for 'Amplify Music Power,' signifying their goal to maximize the power of music and deliver energy that can shake the world. Their debut theme, 'Emotional Storm,' aims to capture the swirling emotions within the colorless youth.

"Our confidence is at 100%," Ha Yoo-jun declared confidently. "Please watch our growth closely."

Before their official debut, AMP honed their skills through opening performances at their senior labelmates' concerts and appearances at music festivals like 'Beautiful Mint Life 2025'. Drummer Crew humorously recalled, "I was very nervous performing at our seniors' concert, but it was a valuable experience," while bassist Joo-hwan added, "We feel honored just to have had the opportunity to meet the public."

Notably, vocalist Ha Yoo-jun previously showcased his talents as an actor, playing the lead role of 'Spring' in the SBS drama 'Four Seasons of Spring.' Kim Shin and Crew also appeared as band members in the same drama and performed the OST track 'SEE YOU LATER.' Building on this diverse background, AMP's debut album 'AxMxP' features a total of ten tracks.

Breaking from the trend of digital singles or mini-albums, AMP has opted for a full-length album for their debut, a bold strategy. They are promoting three title tracks: the hip-hop-infused rock song 'I Did It,' the energetic punk-rock track 'Shocking Drama,' and the lyrical rock ballad 'You Make Me a Poet,' showcasing their broad musical spectrum. "We wanted to take on the challenge of a full album," explained Joo-hwan. "With triple title tracks, we aimed to display our diverse musical colors."

The band acknowledges the pressure of following in the footsteps of FNC's established bands. Crew shared, "While the presence of our esteemed seniors naturally brings pressure, we aspire to become a proud junior group. I especially won't forget the words of encouragement from Kang Min-hyuk sunbaenim before we went on stage; he said, 'You look great. There's no need to be nervous.'"

AMP is a four-member band signed under FNC Entertainment.

The members are Ha Yoo-jun (vocals), Kim Shin (guitar), Crew (drums), and Joo-hwan (bass).

The band name AMP stands for 'Amplify Music Power,' reflecting their ambition to maximize the impact of music.
