
Choi Eun-kyung Opens Up About Leaving 'Dongchimi' After 13 Years: 'My 40s Went Into It, No Regrets'
Broadcaster Choi Eun-kyung appeared on TV Chosun's 'Homer Young-man's Table for People' and candidly shared her feelings about leaving the show 'Dongchimi', where she was a host for 13 years.
Choi began the episode with a lively opening as she visited her hometown of Changwon. When asked about 'Dongchimi' during a conversation with Homer Young-man, she stated, "I don't do it anymore. I did it for about 13 years. You can think of my entire 40s as having gone into 'Dongchimi'." She expressed her affection for the program.
She added, "I worked so hard that I have absolutely no regrets," sharing her emotions at the time of her departure: "When you work too hard, you know that feeling. Just applause. I came out saying, 'I praise myself.'" After running tirelessly for a decade, she is now focusing on her YouTube channel, updating viewers on her current activities.
