While exploring restaurants in Changwon with Huh Young-man, Choi revealed her approach to fitness, stating, 'I don't diet. I don't diet because it's bothersome; I exercise. Nowadays, I don't look at the numbers, only my muscle mass.' She also shared that she has exercised daily for 20 years without fail, surprising many.
During the broadcast, when asked about her height, Choi confirmed she is 174cm tall. A lighthearted moment occurred when Huh Young-man inquired about her weight, causing Choi a brief flicker of discomfort, which was quickly diffused by Huh's playful demeanor, ending the exchange with laughter.
