Heo Kyung-hwan Arranges Surprise Call with Lim Young-woong for His Fan Mother: 'I've Done My Filial Duty'

Comedian Heo Kyung-hwan fulfilled a special wish for his mother, a devoted fan of singer Lim Young-woong.

The SBS entertainment show 'Island Bachelor Heroes' aired its final episode, featuring Lim Young-woong and his close friends.

During the broadcast, Heo Kyung-hwan cautiously approached Lim Young-woong and conveyed his mother's heartfelt desire to speak with the singer directly.

When the surprise call was successfully arranged, Lim Young-woong spoke with Heo Kyung-hwan's mother in a friendly manner, akin to an old acquaintance, making her heart flutter.

Lim Young-woong promised to invite her to a future concert. To this, Heo Kyung-hwan's mother playfully responded, 'Your mother also said it's hard to go,' to which Lim Young-woong wittily replied, 'Her son (Heo Kyung-hwan) will surely help find a way,' leaving Heo Kyung-hwan flustered.

After the call, Heo Kyung-hwan expressed his satisfaction, stating, 'Still, I've done my filial duty for my mother.'

Heo Kyung-hwan debuted as a comedian in 2006 through KBS's Gag Concert and has consistently garnered affection for his witty remarks and adept hosting skills on various entertainment programs.
