‘Typhoon Corp.’ Cast, Including Lee Jun-ho and Kim Min-ha, Holds Successful Pre-Premiere Fan Event

The cast of tvN's new Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Typhoon Corp.’, including Lee Jun-ho, Kim Min-ha, Lee Chang-hoon, Kim Jae-hwa, Kim Song-il, and Lee Sang-jin, successfully concluded their pre-premiere fan event, significantly heightening anticipation for the show's debut.

Set against the backdrop of the 1997 IMF financial crisis, ‘Typhoon Corp.’ tells the story of Kang Tae-poong (played by Lee Jun-ho), an inexperienced businessman who unexpectedly becomes the CEO of a trading company. The drama promises a heartwarming narrative of ordinary citizens uniting and striving for survival amidst economic turmoil.

In a unique fan engagement, the event, themed as a ‘Typhoon Corp. Welcome Party,’ saw over 400 attendees. During the first part, the actors personally presented ‘employment confirmation’ certificates and gifts to 100 fans, creating memorable moments. The second part featured a stage greeting led by CEO Lee Jun-ho, who promised, “We guarantee happiness and fun every Saturday and Sunday night at 9:20 PM,” electrifying the audience.

The event also unveiled the company motto, ‘Until the day our wingbeats become a typhoon and advance to the world,’ selected from fan submissions, further amplifying the excitement. The premiere screening of the first episode, watched together with the cast, garnered rave reviews.
