Actor Song Seung-heon is experiencing profound grief following the sad news of his mother's passing. His mother, Moon Myung-ok, passed away at the age of 77.

The funeral hall has been set up at Samsung Seoul Hospital Funeral Hall, Room 17. The funeral procession will take place on the 23rd at 9:30 AM, with burial at the Seoul Memorial Park and later at Bukhangang Park.

This sorrowful news comes as Song Seung-heon's current ENA Monday-Tuesday drama, 'Wonderful World' (working title), is seeing a rise in ratings and is approaching its conclusion. 'Wonderful World' marked Song Seung-heon's return to the small screen after about a year, where he plays Dok-go-cheol, a traffic police officer determined to marry before forty, only to find himself nearing fifty.

The drama has garnered significant attention, starting with a 1.3% viewership rating and reaching a personal best of 4.2%. This achievement places it as the fourth highest-rated ENA Monday-Tuesday drama, nearing the third-place record of 5.5% held by 'Not Others'.
