Kim Jong-kook, who recently surprised fans with his wedding announcement, revealed on the latest episode of KBS2's 'Problem Child in House' that he made deliberate efforts to conceal his upcoming marriage during filming.

The episode, airing today (11th), will feature the show's hosts expressing their astonishment upon hearing the news of Kim Jong-kook's wedding.

Following his marriage announcement on September 5th, Kim Jong-kook confessed, "I was so worried about being found out during our 'Problem Child in House' recordings. I tried my best to act normal, but I was constantly on edge."

He further elaborated on past instances where he ambiguously addressed rumors about his potential marital home, stating, "If I get married, of course, that would become our marital home." Kim Jong-kook, known among the cast as an expert in secret relationships, admitted that he had been dropping subtle hints about his impending marriage.

"Previously, I would always deny any marriage talk, but recently, I changed my approach," he shared. "I always thought I could live in a studio apartment, so the moment I bought a house, I suspected people would start questioning if I was getting married." He recounted his anxious days, fearing his secret would be revealed. Kim Jong-kook even recalled a specific moment during filming where he felt caught off guard, causing his ears to turn red.

Meanwhile, the cast members showered Kim Jong-kook with congratulatory messages as he became the sole married man on the show. Yang Se-chan, a close friend, declared his unwavering intention to attend the wedding even before receiving an invitation, while Joo Woo-jae promised to upload photos from the ceremony on social media, much to Kim Jong-kook's surprise. Song Eun-i and Kim Sook enthusiastically pledged to wear matching traditional Korean Hanbok outfits to celebrate the occasion.
