Tak Jae-hoon and Kim Yong-rim, 28-Year Age Gap Couple Tattoo Sparks Laughter!
Tak Jae-hoon and Kim Yong-rim have gifted viewers with immense laughter as they embarked on a couple's tattoo session, defying a significant 28-year age difference. The SBS show 'Project My Turn,' aired on the 11th, followed the duo as they visited Itaewon and planned for a daring matching tattoo.
Initially hesitant, with Kim Yong-rim remarking it was something 'only young people do,' she was eventually persuaded by Tak Jae-hoon's encouragement that their 'hearts are still youthful.' The tattoo artist, Kim Kkot-dure (played by Ahn Young-mi), was taken aback by the pair, initially mistaking them for grandmother and grandson due to their age gap.
However, Kim Yong-rim proudly declared, 'We are a couple!' and Tak Jae-hoon emphasized their affection, stating, 'We're holding hands because we love each other.' The artist marveled at the 85-year-old Kim Yong-rim and the soon-to-be 60-year-old Tak Jae-hoon, calling them 'Korea's Demi Moore' and 'modern women.'
The process of choosing a tattoo design was filled with playful bickering, adding to the humor. Kim Yong-rim even retorted with 'Love is eternal!' to some of the artist's unconventional suggestions, at one point crumpling and throwing paper in jest. Ultimately, the couple settled on matching tattoos featuring their affectionate nicknames.
The session concluded with a hilarious reveal: Tak Jae-hoon's arm bore the tattoo 'Nim-i♥,' causing an uproar of laughter. Kim Yong-rim then took a marker and personally corrected it to 'Rim-i♥,' providing a jovial end to the segment.
Tak Jae-hoon debuted as a solo singer in 1995, marking his entry into the entertainment industry.
He gained immense popularity in variety shows for his witty remarks and charmingly roguish persona, earning nicknames like 'National Annoyance' and 'King of the 'Sseom' (flirting).
