Global sensation BOYNEXTDOOR is set to light up the opening ceremony of the prestigious 2025 World Men's Volleyball Championship, solidifying their international star power.

The six-member group will take the stage for the grand finale of the event, scheduled for December 12th at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines. This marks a significant moment for BOYNEXTDOOR, who were previously appointed as global ambassadors for the FIVB-sanctioned tournament, a first for any Korean artist. At the time of their appointment, the FIVB praised the group's unique charm, dynamism, and influence as perfect qualities for the role.

BOYNEXTDOOR has consistently impressed on major global stages with their outstanding performances. Their recent electrifying set at Lollapalooza Chicago and their first solo tour, 'BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR ‘KNOCK ON Vol.1’', garnered widespread acclaim for their captivating stage presence. Expectations are high for another unforgettable performance at the championship's opening ceremony.

Meanwhile, under HYBE's KOZ Entertainment, BOYNEXTDOOR is currently gearing up for a comeback planned for October. Their fourth mini-album, ‘No Genre’, released in May, achieved consecutive million-seller status, marking a new career high. The group has also consistently charted on the US Billboard 200 and achieved double crown wins on Japan's Oricon weekly rankings, demonstrating a strong upward trajectory that has captured global attention.

BOYNEXTDOOR is a six-member group consisting of members Sungho, Riwoo, Myung Jaehyun, Taesan, Leehan, and Woonhak.

They successfully debuted in the K-pop scene with their first mini-album 'WHY..' in May 2023.

Living up to their nickname 'newly-debuted songwriting idols,' BOYNEXTDOOR actively participates in the songwriting process, developing their unique musical identity.
