
Ok Joo-hyun Issues Second Apology Over Agency Registration Lapse
Musical actress Ok Joo-hyun has once again apologized for issues concerning her agency's registration.
On the 12th, through her agency TOI Entertainment's official social media, Ok Joo-hyun explained the delay in registering her agency as a cultural and artistic planning business, which occurred when she established her one-person agency in April 2022. She attributed the oversight to a lack of understanding of administrative procedures at the time.
Stating it was a result of her "immaturity," she confirmed that upon realizing the mistake, she immediately took corrective action. The registration application was completed on September 10, 2025, and is currently awaiting approval. Ok Joo-hyun further pledged to handle all future procedures meticulously with expert assistance and to adhere strictly to all regulations for transparent operations.
She concluded by expressing her sincere regret to her fans for causing them concern.
Ok Joo-hyun debuted in the musical 'Aida' in 2004 and has since starred in numerous major productions like 'Elizabeth', 'Rebecca', and 'Wicked', establishing herself as a 'Queen of Musicals.'
She has consistently received critical acclaim for her exceptional vocal abilities and stable acting skills, earning recognition such as the Best Actress award at the 3rd Korea Musical Awards in 2019.
