Broadcaster Choi Hwa-jung was deeply moved to tears by the exceptional cooking of 'Business Genius' Jo Sa-jang.

A video titled 'Grand Reveal of Namul Bibimbap & Tangguk Recipe Eaten by Actual Conglomerate Chairmen (+ 5 Types of Namul, Hosting Guests)' was uploaded to Choi Hwa-jung's YouTube channel on the 18th.

Choi Hwa-jung visited 'Yeouido Fairy,' a new restaurant opened by Jo Sa-jang and Chef Jo Seo-hyung. Jo Sa-jang emphasized the importance of ssam (wrapped food) in Korean cuisine, first offering a taste of ssam wrapped with seaweed, containing ingredients like sweet shrimp, white whelk, gamtae, and crown daisy. Choi Hwa-jung was overwhelmed with delight.

Following this, Chef Jo Seo-hyung presented the Tongyeong-style Heotjesabap, previously featured on 'Heukbaek Yolisal.' Jo Sa-jang shared recipes for stir-frying five types of namul without garlic or strong spices, along with a seafood tangguk recipe. He explained, "We only sell this for lunch. As it's a memorial rite dish, it contains no garlic or spices."

After tasting the meticulously prepared dishes, Choi Hwa-jung expressed her emotions, stating, "Before even thinking about bringing my parents here because it's so delicious, I was overcome with emotion thinking I couldn't provide something like this for them during their lives." She added, "It's that luxurious. This is a dish that must be served to honored guests."

Choi Hwa-jung debuted in 1986 and has had a long career as a radio DJ and television host. Known for her bright and cheerful persona, she has garnered a large fanbase and actively engages with them through her YouTube channel, sharing various aspects of her life.
