어도어 경영권 분쟁 2차전…민희진, 하이브 상대 풋옵션 소송 2차 변론

하이브와 민희진 전 어도어 대표 간의 경영권 분쟁이 법정 공방으로 이어지고 있습니다. 오늘(11일) 서울중앙지법에서 열리는 2차 변론기일에서는 민 전 대표가 제기한 풋옵션 행사 관련 주식매매대금 청구 소송과 하이브가 제기한 주주간 계약 해지 확인 소송이 병행 심리될 예정입니다.

앞서 민 전 대표는 지난해 11월 어도어 주식에 대한 풋옵션을 행사하겠다고 통보했으며, 풋옵션 가격 산정 기준은 최근 2개년도 영업이익 평균치에 13배를 곱한 금액입니다. 이를 통해 민 전 대표는 약 260억 원을 받을 수 있을 것으로 추정되지만, 하이브는 주주간 계약 해지를 근거로 풋옵션의 효력을 부인하고 있습니다.

Hive claims that Min Hee-jin attempted to poach NewJeans members while receiving a large salary, thus the contract termination was legitimate and the put option is invalid. Conversely, Min Hee-jin's side argues that the put option is valid as there are no grounds for debt cancellation, and the contract termination notification was sent after the put option exercise period had already begun. The dispute intensified with disagreements over the admissibility and interpretation of evidence presented by Hive, with Min's side claiming the evidence was illegally obtained.
