Jang Seo-yeon Wraps Up 'Butterfly' with Gratitude, Achieves Hollywood Dream

Actress Jang Seo-yeon has expressed her gratitude following the successful conclusion of the Amazon Prime Video and tvN series, 'Butterfly'.

In the series, Jang Seo-yeon portrayed 'Moon', an elite agent and loyal secretary to the leader of the secret organization 'Cadence', Juno (played by Piper Perabo). She left a strong impression on global viewers with her fluent English and captivating performance.

"I had always vaguely dreamed of working on a Hollywood project, so I was overjoyed to be able to collaborate with senior actor Daniel Dae Kim," she shared. "It was also special to appear in an American drama alongside esteemed Korean actors like Park Hae-soo, Kim Tae-hee, and Kim Ji-hoon."

Regarding the positive reception of her English acting, Jang Seo-yeon commented, "I always wanted to act in English, but opportunities were scarce. I'm relieved to have received such good feedback through this project. 'Butterfly' has allowed me to form great connections overseas and introduce myself to many people."

Meanwhile, Jang Seo-yeon is set to meet global audiences again as she has confirmed her casting for Season 2 of the Netflix series 'BEEF'.
