In a shocking turn of events during the SBS show 'Han-tang Project: My Turn', comedian Lee Su-ji was rushed to the hospital after experiencing severe abdominal pain following an extreme eating challenge.

The episode, aired on the 11th, featured Lee Su-ji and co-star Park Ji-hyun visiting a bingsu cafe. Lee Su-ji, playing the character Han-ra, impulsively decided to take on the 'Mountain-High Bingsu' challenge, which promised a free meal if finished within 10 minutes. However, her ambitious attempt took a dire turn.

Mid-challenge, Lee Su-ji began to suffer from intense stomach cramps and rushed to the restroom. Shortly after, she collapsed and had to be urgently transported to the hospital. Medical examinations, including an X-ray, revealed that her abdomen was severely impacted with a large amount of stool, indicating severe constipation. The doctor explained that her condition was exacerbated by the combined effects of constipation and her menstrual cycle, leading to a humorous yet alarming situation for Park Ji-hyun, who was flustered by a nurse's inquiry about pregnancy possibilities given Lee Su-ji's gender.

Lee Su-ji is a South Korean comedian who debuted as a KBS 28th batch comedian.

She gained recognition for her roles in popular comedy shows like 'Gag Concert'.

Recently, she has been appearing in various entertainment programs, showcasing a diverse range of talents.
