Seo Jang-hoon has offered candid advice to a male participant dating a woman 17 years his junior.

On the KBS Joy show 'Ask Us Anything' aired on the 15th, an international couple with a 17-year age difference appeared.

The male participant shared that they met on the Camino de Santiago in Spain. He explained, "We met as friends. We ended up walking together for about two weeks. After the 800km trail, we traveled to Portugal together. I returned to Korea, and she was still traveling. She suddenly contacted me saying, 'I'm coming to Korea, to your place.'"

He admitted, "At first, I wasn't sure how to feel. My nickname was 'Father Figure.' I debated whether to treat her as a friend or embrace romantic feelings if they arose." He added, "We developed feelings after she came to Korea. I confessed first," revealing they have been dating for a year, defying initial concerns.

The couple expressed concerns not from their parents but from public perception. He shared, "We went to eat street food, and someone asked if she was my daughter. We didn't pay much attention, but someone recorded our conversation. We posted it on SNS because we found it funny, and the views were unbelievable. Then, negative comments started pouring in."

Seo Jang-hoon inquired about their thoughts on marriage. When the female participant stated she wasn't ready for marriage yet, Seo Jang-hoon advised, "Then you don't need to worry. Date for a while, and if you decide you don't want to continue, you can just go to Taiwan and not come back. It's simple."

Seo Jang-hoon, a prominent television personality, had a legendary career as a professional basketball player, earning the nickname 'National Treasure Center'.
