IU Shares Heartwarming Moments with 'When My Roar Dashes' Co-Star Kim Tae-yeon at Fan Meeting

Singer-songwriter IU has brought smiles to fans' faces with a touching encounter with actress Kim Tae-yeon.

Recently, a fan meeting photo capturing IU and Kim Tae-yeon together was shared through the official social media account managed by Kim Tae-yeon's mother. The post featured several pictures accompanied by a caption that read, “With IU unnie. Tae-yeon is so happy.”

In the released photos, Kim Tae-yeon is seen with her arm around IU, both beaming brightly. IU is also captured looking affectionately at her younger colleague and making a heart shape with her fingers on her cheek, exuding a warm atmosphere. Kim Tae-yeon’s mother expressed her gratitude, stating, “Tae-yeon was so happy and nervous to meet her unnie… it was a truly happy time!”

IU and Kim Tae-yeon formed a special bond while playing the roles of the young Ae-soon and the even younger Ae-soon, respectively, in the Netflix series ‘When My Roar Dashes’ (폭싹 속았수다). IU held her fan meeting ‘2025 IU FAN MEET-UP [Bye, Summer]’ on the 13th and 14th at the KSPO DOME in Seoul, meeting approximately 20,000 fans over two days.
