
Park Jeong-woo Joins New Drama 'Idol I' as a Drummer
Actor Park Jeong-woo is set to star in the upcoming Genie TV original drama 'Idol I,' continuing his busy acting career.
'Idol I,' scheduled for release in the latter half of this year, is a mystery legal romance revolving around star lawyer Maeng Se-na (played by Choi Soo-young) taking on the case of her favorite idol, Do-ra-ik (played by Kim Jae-young), who is accused of murder.
Park Jeong-woo will portray Choi Jae-hee, the drummer for the idol group 'Gold Boys.' His character frequently clashes with the group's vocalist, Do-ra-ik, and is known for his fiery temper, not hesitating to get into physical altercations.
Audiences anticipate Park Jeong-woo will delicately portray the multifaceted charm and complex psychological shifts of Choi Jae-hee, who is in constant conflict with Do-ra-ik. His proven wide acting spectrum across various projects makes his transformation in 'Idol I' highly anticipated.
