Singer Yoon Min-soo's Son Yoon-hoo Reacts Maturely to Parents' Divorce

Singer Yoon Min-soo candidly discussed his divorce with his son Yoon-hoo on the SBS reality show 'My Little Old Boy' (My Ugly Duckling). Yoon Min-soo, who is currently living with his ex-wife, shared his remaining time with his son before Yoon-hoo departs for the U.S. for his studies.

Yoon Min-soo cautiously broached the topic of their living situation, stating, "When Mom and Dad start living separately, you might not know who you'll be with." Yoon-hoo appeared taken aback initially but soon responded with a brave face, saying, "I'll have to figure things out on my own now." He showed a commendable maturity, asserting, "I'll go to school well and live my life well on my own."

The singer expressed relief at his son's calm reaction. He recalled a previous conversation where Yoon-hoo had accepted the idea of divorce with the words, "It's Mom and Dad's life," demonstrating a grown-up understanding. It was revealed that Yoon Min-soo and his ex-wife Kim Min-ji maintain a cordial relationship, even attending trips together for Yoon-hoo's sake.

Yoon Min-soo married Kim Min-ji in 2006 and they have one son, Yoon-hoo. He gained widespread recognition for his participation in Mnet's 'Superstar K' Season 2 and has since been active in various entertainment programs. He is currently co-hosting a YouTube channel titled 'Drinking Buddies' with guitarist Jung Joon-il from the band 'Mate'.
