
Pioneer BJ Daedosegwan's Tearful Farewell: A Sad Goodbye
Internet broadcasting pioneer, Daedosegwan (real name: Na Dong-hyun), has bid a final, tearful farewell to his fans and entered eternal rest.
The funeral procession took place at 8 AM on the 9th at the Konkuk University Hospital funeral hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. His remains will be interred at the Seoul Crematorium.
Daedosegwan was tragically found deceased at his home in Gwangjin-gu on the 6th. An acquaintance, unable to reach him, reported him missing to the police, and authorities arrived at the scene to find he had already passed away.
Initial autopsy results from the National Forensic Service have reportedly found no signs of foul play. As of now, no suicide note or clear criminal circumstances have been discovered, and police are considering the possibility of death due to an underlying illness.
Amidst their grief, his sister and ex-wife, YouTuber Yumyum (real name: Lee Chae-won), stood as chief mourners, accompanying him on his final journey.
Daedosegwan began his broadcasting career in the 2000s, earning the title of '1st Generation BJ' and gaining immense popularity. He also made appearances on various television shows, including MBC's 'Radio Star' and 'King of Mask Singer,' as well as JTBC's 'Lan-seon Life – The Way Creators Live,' further solidifying his public recognition.
Daedosegwan began his internet broadcasting career in the 2000s, earning him the title '1st Generation BJ.' He was widely loved for his witty commentary and unique content. Daedosegwan also actively worked as a broadcaster, appearing on numerous television programs.
