Comedian Kim Won-hoon, currently captivating audiences as the character 'Manager Kim' in the Coupang Play series 'Office Workers 2,' has shared his candid thoughts on the pressures of his bold ad-libs and expressed gratitude to the guests who have skillfully played along.

In a recent interview, Kim Won-hoon stated, "It's okay because I'm playing the character 'Manager Kim' in 'Office Workers 2,' not my real self," adding, "My actual personality is introverted and very polite. I often cry at home after filming. I use harsh words for comedic effect, but I feel a lot of pressure about crossing the line."

He further elaborated, "I'm glad the 'Manager Kim' character fits me well. It wouldn't have been easy if it were my true self," and mentioned, "I always prepare an apology statement in advance. The production team is good at capturing the right moments, and they make me feel comfortable on set, handling the editing themselves." He playfully added, "If the raw footage were released, I wouldn't be here."

Having expanded his fanbase globally through the YouTube channel 'Short Box,' Kim Won-hoon is shining in 'Office Workers 2.' He perfectly portrays the suffering character behind a smiling facade as the manager of DY Planning, earning explosive public acclaim with each episode through his dazzling ad-libs and solid acting skills.

Recalling his recent appearance with Swings, Kim Won-hoon shared, "Isn't a guest with a lot to tease good prey? I was so happy when I heard Swings was appearing. Just searching his name gave me a lot. I didn't want to tease him the way people already do; I wanted to tease him in a fresh way. It comes to me spontaneously. Rather than thinking I need to be careful, I thought, 'I hope this person is a bit more displeased.' It's an interview show with a sketch comedy element."

He also expressed his desire to tease other celebrities: "It would be fun to tease actor Choi Min-sik, who is like a Godfather, the top of the top. I can't dare to mock or tease him directly, but I'd like to tease him about a less successful movie just once. The most thrilling ad-lib was teasing Choi Ji-woo with her real name, Choi Mi-hyang. Many people enjoyed it, and Choi Ji-woo found it funny too," he said with a smile.

Kim Won-hoon specifically requested understanding from his fans: "While the comedy I do might be uncomfortable for some, I am not actually a rude or angry person. I would be grateful if you could view me as the character. My ultimate goal is comedy, and my lines and actions are meant to make people laugh. If you can appreciate it purely as comedy, I can deliver more hilarious ad-libs without feeling constrained."

'Office Workers 2,' featuring Kim Won-hoon alongside Shin Dong-yup, Lee Soo-ji, Baek Hyun-jin, Cha Jung-won, Shim Ja-yoon, Kim Min-gyo, Hyun Bong-sik, and Ji Ye-eun, portrays the real office survival story of DY Planning employees dreaming of slacking off and leaving work on time, amidst psychological warfare with star guests. It immediately rose to the top of Coupang Play's popular titles upon its release on August 9th and is released every Saturday at 8 PM.

Kim Won-hoon is a key member of the YouTube channel 'Short Box,' gaining immense popularity for his short comedy skits based on everyday situations. In 'Office Workers 2,' he has expanded his acting range by portraying a character with a somewhat rough charm, distinct from his real personality. Beyond comedy acting, he possesses exceptional skill in creating ad-libs with outstanding quick wit.
