Haha Exposes Haha's 'Celebrity Syndrome': 'You Need an Exorcism!'

Comedian Haha has sharply criticized actor Han Sang-jin's inflated sense of celebrity.

In a recently uploaded M-DroMedA Studio video, Haha and Han Sang-jin conducted a popularity test in Haeundae. After Han Sang-jin was appointed as an honorary ambassador for the Busan area, he boasted about the attention he received, humorously claiming he avoids going out to prevent inconveniencing fans.

Haha recounted a past incident where he introduced Han Sang-jin during a performance in Gwangalli, only for the audience to remain completely oblivious, highlighting the discrepancy in their perceived fame. Han Sang-jin retorted that the Gwangalli incident was different, emphasizing his local popularity in Haeundae, to which Haha responded with exasperation, likening the conversation to talking with his mother.

Han Sang-jin further insisted that public safety might be compromised by his popularity, even suggesting the need for bodyguards, a claim met with disbelief from Haha and the production crew. Haha eventually proposed a challenge: if 100 people recognized Han Sang-jin within 30 minutes, he would offer a prize. Han Sang-jin confidently upped the ante, even comparing his fame to that of Yoo Jae-suk, much to Haha's alarm.

Ultimately, Haha declared Han Sang-jin was suffering from a severe 'celebrity syndrome' and needed an 'exorcism,' while Han Sang-jin's claim of hearing cheers even with his eyes closed led to uncontrollable laughter.
