Park Na-rae's Remark About Her Judge Relative Sparks Laughter on 'Home Alone'

Comedian Park Na-rae stirred up a room full of laughter on the MBC reality show 'Home Alone' (also known as 'Save Me! Home') when she revealed that she has a chief judge among her relatives.

The episode, which aired on the 11th, saw the show's panel venture into Seocho-dong, the heart of South Korea's legal community, to scout for potential properties.

During the segment, host Jang Dong-min toured a large apartment complex in Seocho-dong, built in 1988 and currently undergoing reconstruction. He pointed out its prime location next to the Supreme Court, making it a popular residence for lawyers.

Unexpectedly, a resident encountered in the complex identified themselves as a lawyer and casually mentioned that meeting lawyers, judges, and prosecutors within the complex was quite common, astonishing the cast.

Following this, Park Na-rae chimed in with her own family connection, stating, "I have a chief judge in my family," and further surprised everyone by adding, "We even had our wedding ceremony at a courthouse."

This prompted host Joo Woo-jae to humorously ask if that meant they lived a "rough life," to which Jang Dong-min quipped, "There must have been a reason they secured such a position," eliciting more chuckles from the panel. The properties showcased on the day featured stylishly remodeled interiors, contrasting with their older exteriors, boasting spacious living areas, expanded dining rooms, and well-proportioned bedrooms that were deemed faultless.
