Singer Kim Jong-kook directly addressed rumors surrounding his marriage and debunked AI-generated fake news during a recent broadcast of SBS's 'My Little Old Boy'.

On the show, Kim Heechul brought up various speculations about Kim Jong-kook's spouse, including someone met at the gym, an LA-based CEO, or the daughter of an English instructor. Kim Jong-kook firmly refuted these claims.

He stated, "My wife has nothing to do with exercise," and corrected the narrative, saying, "All the news articles circulating online about my marriage are not true." When Kim Heechul re-inquired about the marriage itself, Kim Jong-kook clarified, "The marriage is something I stated myself," emphasizing that anything he hasn't confirmed is false.

He reiterated that the rumors about his spouse being from LA, a cosmetics CEO, or an English instructor were far from the truth, stating, "Nothing is close to the truth. Only the fact that I am married is correct."

Kim Heechul lightened the mood by presenting an AI-generated video of Kim Jong-kook's hypothetical wedding, to which Kim Jong-kook reacted with bewilderment, saying, "I'm not that mentally unstable." Kim Heechul humorously added, "I thought brother couldn't marry a human," drawing laughter from the audience.
