Former Announcer Kim Dae-ho Admits to 'Glass Mentality' Post-Freelance Declaration: 'I Feel Like I'm Going Crazy'
Former announcer Kim Dae-ho has candidly shared the struggles he's faced since declaring his departure from traditional broadcasting.
On the second part of KBS2's 'DocuON' program, 'The Meditation Humanity,' aired on the 14th, a two-day, one-night meditation journey featuring Kim Dae-ho, Kim Ji-ho, Kwak Jung-eun, and Monk Kwang-woo was broadcast. During the program, Kim Dae-ho's stress test results revealed a stress index of 79 and a stress resistance of 34, indicating a highly vulnerable 'glass mentality.'
When Kwak Jung-eun asked how he would react if situations didn't unfold as he wished or if someone bothered him, Kim Dae-ho confessed, 'I feel like I'm going crazy,' expressing his distress.
He further explained that unlike his previous life, he now encounters many different people, and their actions often cross his personal boundaries. 'In a life where I only had to protect my own line, many people now cross my line, and that's a bit difficult,' he admitted.
When Kim Ji-ho inquired if these difficulties stemmed from changes after going freelance, Kim Dae-ho elaborated, 'Yes. Insomnia and exposure to various situations,' drawing attention.
Previously, Kim Dae-ho garnered attention with news that his market value had reportedly increased 150-fold after his freelance declaration.
