The couple, a 43-year-old Korean man and a 26-year-old Taiwanese woman, first met on the Camino de Santiago in Spain. They bonded deeply while walking 800 kilometers over 34 days, forging a friendship that soon blossomed into romance.

After returning to Korea, the man was surprised when the woman contacted him, expressing her desire to stay at his home. He admitted to feeling conflicted about their relationship, as he had been like a father figure to her during their journey.
