Another player has emerged from the world of 'Fiery Baseball' to join the professional league.
At the '2026 KBO Rookie Draft' held at Lotte Hotel World in Seoul on the afternoon of the 17th, Im Sang-woo was selected by the KT Wiz in the 4th round. As his name was called, Im Sang-woo, wearing his Dankook University uniform in the audience, stood up and bowed, exuding pure joy.
'Fiery Baseball' has a proven track record of successfully 'exporting' players to professional teams since its days on JTBC's 'Choi Kang Baseball.' Ryu Hyun-in, Yoon Jun-ho, Won Seong-jun, Kim Min-ju, and Ko Young-woo have all been chosen by professional clubs.
