Jung Kyung-ho Recounts Hilarious Incident of Being Investigated by Police for Wearing a Puffer Jacket in Summer

Actor Jung Kyung-ho shared a funny, yet unbelievable, episode where he ended up facing the police due to his unique summer fitness routine.

Appearing as a guest on the tvN variety show ‘You Quiz on the Block’ on the 3rd, Jung Kyung-ho confessed his strong fondness for sweating.

When asked by Jo Se-ho about his unusual method of wearing a long puffer jacket in the middle of summer and pulling a dog stroller, Jung Kyung-ho sheepishly admitted, “I really enjoy sweating. I was looking for a way to sweat profusely in a short amount of time, so I tried running in a puffer jacket during summer. It felt incredibly refreshing and good, so I did it every summer for about three to four years with my dogs.”

This unconventional workout method, however, led to misunderstandings among local residents. Jung Kyung-ho explained, “Because I was running in a puffer jacket in the summer heat, the police officers came to investigate, thinking there was a strange person. Photos of me even ended up on the neighborhood community board...” causing the studio to erupt in laughter. It’s said that the police, curious about who this peculiar individual was, were surprised to discover it was actor Jung Kyung-ho.

Indeed, a captured post from an online community validated his story: “There was a man in our neighborhood who used to walk around with a dog stroller while wearing a beanie, turtleneck, and puffer jacket in the peak of summer. Rumors spread among the ajummas that there was a crazy person around, and it turned out to be Jung Kyung-ho.”
