Red Velvet's Wendy recently looked back on the group's memorable 2018 performance in Pyongyang, North Korea. Appearing on the MBC show 'Goo Hae줘! Homes' on May 4th, Wendy, alongside singer Lee Seok-hoon, explored entertainment-dense areas as 'K-Pop Property Hunters.'

During the broadcast, a flashback to Red Velvet's North Korean concert surprised hosts Park Na-rae and Jang Dong-min, who exclaimed, "You performed 'Red Flavor' in North Korea?" Lee Seok-hoon inquired about the song selection process. Wendy explained, "'Red Flavor' was so famous we couldn't *not* perform it." She added, "However, we had to modify certain parts of the choreography, like the 'gun-shooting' moves, to be more cautious."

The title 'Red Flavor' sparked further curiosity, with Yang Se-hyung asking if the North Korean audience recognized the song. The MCs jokingly cautioned, "They'd have to pretend not to know," and "Knowing it would be a big problem," eliciting laughter. Yang Se-chan particularly amused the set with a humorous anecdote: "I heard if someone started dancing to the beat, they'd disappear shortly after."
