Singer Sean graced the latest episode of MBC's 'The Manager' ('Jeon Chijeok Chamgyeon Sijeom'), sharing his life filled with love, generosity, and unwavering commitment, deeply moving viewers.

The episode showcased Sean's disciplined routine, starting with early morning running training under a professional coach, followed by personal workouts including push-ups. His philanthropic marathon initiatives garnered significant attention. The '815 Marathon,' which involves running 81.5km to build homes for independence patriots, successfully recruited 19,450 participants this year. Sean recalled raising 330 million KRW in the first year to construct the initial house.

He shared an emotional anecdote about the first homeowner, Kim Geum-soon, whose tearful gratitude upon seeing her new home inspired his goal to build 100 houses. Sean also highlighted his past efforts, such as a 430km bicycle ride from Busan to Seoul for a children's rehabilitation hospital fund. He even recounted pushing through extreme fatigue, consuming energy drinks after 12 hours of cycling, only to immediately drive his children to Yangyang afterwards, underscoring his dedication as a father.

The show also revealed his family's active participation in his charitable endeavors. His wife, Jung Hye-young, runs daily, and their children, including the eldest and youngest, are also joining the runs. His manager humorously remarked, "The whole family has become Sean. Everyone is Sean. There are five Seans."

Sean’s deep affection for his wife, Jung Hye-young, was palpable. He confessed, "I still get butterflies when I see Hye-young," likening marriage to the process of two rough stones being polished into a jewel, illustrating his profound love.

Furthermore, Sean detailed his 16-year commitment to establishing a nursing home for ALS patients. Despite the facility facing substantial annual deficits (2-3 billion KRW) as more patients are admitted, Sean remains optimistic. "We can never turn a profit. Donations are absolutely essential," he stated, expressing hope through the support of 10,000 individual donors, churches, and foundations aiming to contribute around 3 billion KRW.

Sean debuted in 1997 as part of the hip-hop duo Jinusean and has since built a beloved career through both his music and extensive philanthropic work. His positive outlook and dedication to giving back serve as an inspiration to many. He is widely recognized as a devoted husband and father, often cited as a prime example of a loving couple in the entertainment industry.
