Actress Lee Hae-in Reveals Decision to Become a Building Owner, Shares Story of Turning 100 Million Won into 1.8 Billion Won
Actress Lee Hae-in (formerly Lee Ji) has shared an update on her life, revealing her firm decision to become a building owner, sparking considerable interest. In a YouTube video uploaded on the 8th, titled 'The Magic of 100 Million Won Becoming 1.8 Billion Won, Curious?', Lee Hae-in detailed her recent experiences. Responding to a question about her whereabouts, she shared, "I went to Myanmar for about a month. During that time, YouTube prohibited my channel from earning revenue because my content was deemed too explicit."
She further elaborated on the challenges, stating, "Even though I believed all my content was well-made, it was classified as sexual content, similar to piano performances. I understand if piano playing is considered provocative due to outfits, but when even my acting channel faced the same classification, I felt disheartened and wanted to take a break." After healing and recharging in Myanmar, she prepared for a piano content project for two months and also passed the written exam for a Korean cuisine cook certification. "About five to six months passed by so quickly," she shared.
When asked about a "big decision," Lee Hae-in announced, "I've made up my mind to become a building owner." This declaration left viewers bewildered. She explained her lifelong dream of owning a home since moving to Seoul from a rural area in her 20s. She saved diligently, barely spending her initial capital, and aimed to buy a house once she saved 100 million won. She recounted buying a house in Seongdong-gu, where she was renting, by securing it with existing tenants. After about 15 years, the house's value significantly increased. She initially listed it for 1.6 billion won with no buyers, but as prices soared, it was quickly sold for 1.8 billion won. This experience has led her to plan real estate-related content in the future. Lee Hae-in previously appeared on the show 'Couple Palace' last year.
Lee Hae-in debuted in 2010 with the film 'I Saw the Devil' and has actively engaged with the public through various variety shows in addition to her acting career. She is also skilled at playing the piano, having performed under the name 'Lee Ji Piano,' and connects with fans by sharing daily life and performance videos on her YouTube channel.
