Acclaimed music video director Hong Won-ki is making his foray into the horror genre with his new film, 'The Ghost Station' (original title: 'Gwish'). The press preview and conference for the film were held on the afternoon of the 9th at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Seoul.

Directed by Hong, the film features a star-studded cast including Yoo Jae-myung, Moon Chae-won, Seo Young-hee, Won Hyun-jun, Solar from MAMAMOO, and Cha Sun-woo. 'The Ghost Station' delves into a chilling narrative set in a supernatural marketplace where individuals can trade with ghosts to acquire what they lack, driven by their insatiable desires.

Director Hong explained the concept of the 'Ghost Market,' stating, "I wanted to create a world where desires themselves are embodied as ghosts that can be bought and sold." He also hinted at the film's expansive scope, potentially extending to Vietnam. The cast shared their insights into their roles, with Moon Chae-won expressing her excitement about her first horror role, calling it a "new experience."
