The new horror film 'Homecam' has made a successful debut, securing the number one spot at the box office among films released on the same day. Despite a limited release, exclusively in CGV theaters, the movie achieved a 4% screen share and a 6% seat occupancy rate, outperforming notable releases like 'The Conjuring' and 'The Killer's Report.' Notably, 'Homecam' claimed the top position in seat sales for live-action films.

To celebrate the premiere, lead actors Se-ah Yoon and Hyuk Kwon, alongside director Se-ho Oh, held a special stage greeting event. The event featured a surprise appearance by the 'Homecam Ghost,' who greeted attendees at the entrance and interacted with the audience during the screening through games, photo opportunities, and even distributing protective amulets. The ghost's presence amplified the eerie atmosphere, creating an immersive experience for moviegoers.

Following the screening, Yoon Se-ah, deeply moved by the audience's enthusiastic reception, was seen shedding tears of gratitude. The cast and crew stayed until the end to personally hand out parting gifts of salt candies, meant to ward off bad luck, to the appreciative audience.

Earlier that day, Yoon Se-ah shared a post on Instagram from a 'Homecam Run' event with director Oh Se-ho and co-stars Kwon Hyuk and So-min Kim at Namsan, promoting the film's release. The team, holding a banner that read 'Something Prosperous Was Filmed,' exuded positive energy.

Yoon Se-ah debuted in the 2005 film 'Bloody Inn' and has since consistently delivered compelling performances across both film and television. She is widely recognized for her deep immersion into her roles, enhancing the overall quality of the projects she undertakes. In recent years, her charismatic portrayals in dramas such as 'Forest of Secrets 2' and 'Sky Castle' have further solidified her public recognition.
