KBS2's weekend drama 'Twelve' is captivating audiences as it races towards its finale, with its latest episode drawing significant attention. The seventh episode, aired on the 13th, recorded a viewership rating of 3.0% nationwide and 2.6% in the Seoul metropolitan area, according to Nielsen Korea.

This episode unveiled the heartbreaking romance between Oh-gwi (Park Hyung-sik) and Mir (Lee Joo-bin), alongside the compelling reasons behind Oh-gwi's descent to the side of darkness. The narrative journeyed back thousands of years, depicting the forbidden love blossoming between Oh-gwi, a human with the ability to detect evil spirits, and Mir, an angel destined to protect humanity.

Oh-gwi's longing to live among angels led him to seek divine favor, but he was ultimately corrupted by Sa-min (Kim Chan-hyung), who was consumed by darkness, bestowing upon him demonic power. The revelation of Oh-gwi's past, where his choice of strength to be with Mir pushed him away from the angels, deeply moved viewers.

In the present day, Mir, having regained all her powers and memories, urges Oh-gwi to go to Tae-san (Ma Dong-seok). However, Oh-gwi hesitates, fearing he might be sealed away again. Meanwhile, the human world is plunged into chaos following the opening of the hell gate. Mir confronts Sa-min, who seeks the dragon's soul, but is ultimately overpowered. Angels, arriving late, encounter a wounded Oh-gwi, who buys them time to recover while revealing Mir's whereabouts.

Sa-min then takes the unconscious Mir to the basement of the Tae-san Building, initiating a ritual to extract the dragon's soul. Empowered, Sa-min reawakens four angels—Han-woo (Na In-woo), Teacher To (Bae Yoo-ram), Yang-mi (Han Ye-ji), and Dal-gi (Han Jae-in)—who perished in a battle millennia ago. The late-arriving angels are shocked to find their comrades corrupted by darkness, setting the stage for an unprecedented all-out war as Tae-san's fury erupts against Sa-min.

Park Hyung-sik debuted in 2010 as a member of the group ZE:A. He later transitioned to acting, delivering memorable performances in numerous projects. He gained significant popularity for his leading roles in dramas such as 'Strong Girl Bong-soon,' 'Suits,' and 'Doctor Slump.' His excellent acting skills and charming visuals have earned him widespread acclaim both domestically and internationally.
