Ahn Young-bin, an artist who garnered attention for his unique talents on KBS2's 'The Tantara,' has shared his artistic journey.

Driven by a desire to become an entertainer during his 'middle school syndrome' phase, Ahn Young-bin moved to Seoul alone to attend Hanlim Arts High School, despite his parents' objections. The challenging experiences and diverse emotions from that period became his artistic arsenal.

On 'The Tantara,' Ahn Young-bin astonished the judges with comprehensive performances encompassing singing, dancing, and acting. From a comical start incorporating a meme of judge Park Jin-young, to a rendition of Hwasa's 'I LOVE MY BODY,' and a reinterpretation of Kim Yeon-ja's 'Amor Fati' set in a funeral home, he consistently captivated viewers with unexpected ideas and profound direction. His performance of Wonder Girls' 'Be my baby' conveyed his personal experiences, blending joy and sorrow.

His recently released digital single 'Freak Show' is also a crystallization of Ahn Young-bin's overflowing energy. With participation from JYP's Park Jin-young, the song playfully expresses his attitude of embracing and celebrating his inherent differences.

Ahn Young-bin realized that his past experiences, once considered flaws, could become strengths through art. He expressed his ambition to consistently pursue endeavors outside the conventional music industry framework and create his unique stage presence. His explosive on-stage energy stems from his unique method of conserving his power during his naturally calm demeanor.

Despite his ENTP personality type, Ahn Young-bin is known for his calm demeanor in person. He feels a calling to pour all his energy onto the stage, conserving it during his daily life. He aspires to consistently attempt innovative projects beyond the typical music industry mold.
