Former Cats Member Kim Ji-hye Shares Post-Twins Birth Update, Reveals Recovery Status

Kim Ji-hye, formerly of the group Cats, has shared an update on her health following the birth of her twins.

She posted photos from a visit to the obstetrics and gynecology clinic on her personal social media, captioning it with "Here for a check-up."

In a photo taken with her husband Choi Sung-wook, she noted, "There's still some swelling in my face, but it's much better, isn't it?"

Kim Ji-hye also mentioned that the tape on her incision site had been removed and she received a prescription, vowing to "recover completely." She shared a video of herself touching her abdomen, still showing a post-birth curve, and admitted, "I didn't realize my stomach wouldn't just shrink on its own."

She also posted pictures from a meal out before visiting the twins and a yawning selfie, humorously stating "I'm sleepy every day," resonating with many.

Kim Ji-hye and Choi Sung-wook married in 2019 and successfully conceived twins through IVF after six years of struggling with infertility. Recently, Choi Sung-wook revealed that Kim Ji-hye underwent an emergency C-section for the birth, and the twins are currently in the NICU. Kim Ji-hye decided against immediate admission to a postpartum care center, expressing her desire to rest at home with the babies before entering one together.

Kim Ji-hye debuted in 2002 with the group Cats and was active in the entertainment industry. After marrying in 2019, she faced fertility challenges for many years before experiencing the joy of becoming a mother to twins through IVF.
