Shinhwa's Jun Jin on Wife Ryu Yi-seo's 'Mystical Aura': 'Is that true?'

Jun Jin from K-pop group Shinhwa has addressed comments made about his wife, Ryu Yi-seo, possessing a 'mystical aura' or 'shingi' (神氣). In a recent YouTube appearance on the channel 'A-Class Jang Young-ran', a video titled 'Why Shinhwa's Jun Jin and Ryu Yi-seo Had No Children for 5 Years - Revealed for the First Time' was released.

Ryu Yi-seo shared a story from when she and Jun Jin were dating, revealing a moment that almost led to their breakup. Working as a flight attendant at the time, she explained the demanding nature of long-haul flights: "I had to fly to New York, and it takes about 16 hours to get to the hotel."

The main issue, however, was Jun Jin's remarkable drinking capacity. Ryu Yi-seo was shocked to discover him drinking continuously from the moment they departed, stating, "He was drinking from the start of the trip and continued for 16 hours straight."

She confessed her thoughts at the time: "I thought, 'This won't do. I can't be with this person.' I felt like I'd become a widow if he kept this up." She added, "If he's going to die this quickly, why get married?" Ironically, Jun Jin cheerfully called her on FaceTime, oblivious to her distress, which brought laughter to the hosts.

Jun Jin also brought up discussions about compatibility videos featuring celebrity couples circulating on YouTube. He mentioned that some individuals had commented on Ryu Yi-seo having a 'shingi', and he jokingly questioned, "Does she? Does she look like it?"

Furthermore, Jun Jin humorously warned those who claimed Ryu Yi-seo had a 'shingi', saying, "I heard this person gaslighted me." He added, "Be careful," showing his amused disbelief.
