Actress Han Ga-in has opened up about her dedication to exercise, which she began to manage orthostatic hypotension.

A recent video uploaded to her YouTube channel, 'Free Soul Han Ga-in,' titled '44-Year-Old Han Ga-in's Orthostatic Hypotension Solution: 'This Exercise' Changed My Life (Must-Watch for Middle-Aged Individuals),' features the star discussing her fitness journey.

"I've been practicing yoga for four months now. I come here at least four times a week, except when I have filming schedules or other appointments," Han Ga-in explained. "I rotate between Flow Yoga and Chair Yoga on Mondays."

She elaborated on her preference for group classes: "When I used to exercise alone, it was very lonely and boring. But now that I do it with others, I feel a sense of comfort knowing that they are also experiencing the same discomfort. It's nice."

During the session, Han Ga-in adeptly followed complex aerial yoga poses with a serene expression. When the production crew expressed surprise, she smiled and replied, "I do it with a smile."

After the aerial yoga session, during a chat with fellow participants, one member asked how she discovered the studio. Han Ga-in shared, "Last year, I was in very poor health and couldn't exercise. My hypotension was so severe that I felt dizzy just standing up. I knew I had to exercise, and during a break, I tried meditation yoga, which I found incredibly beneficial."

She further explained her choice: "We usually think of yoga as energizing, right? I thought it would be good for us. Many people seek it out. This place is very calm and nice." She added, "They have classes at 10, 11, and 12, and since I'm usually free in the mornings, exercising alone was too boring. Even though I was in pain, sharing it with others felt great."

Another member recalled their initial surprise: "At first, I saw 'Han Ga-in?' and wondered why she was in a group class. I thought I was mistaken, but she really looked like Han Ga-in. I didn't want to bother her because she seemed to be here to rest and heal, so I didn't say hello. I thought she'd quit after a few sessions."

Han Ga-in responded, "But after trying it, I realized yoga has no shortcuts. It's about consistently putting in the effort, step by step. That resonates well with me. I completed three months and have now reached my fourth."

She expressed her profound love for yoga, stating, "It's healing every day. If I had to do only one thing until I die, I would choose yoga." She even revealed, "I'm also running and doing muscle training now because I want to get even better at yoga."

On her commitment to yoga, Han Ga-in mentioned, "Before yoga, I tried many different exercises, but nothing was fun. But I get excited every time I come here."

Korean netizens reacted enthusiastically, commenting, "Thanks to Han Ga-in, I've become interested in yoga!" and "My hypotension is severe too, maybe I should give it a try." Many praised her dedication, saying, "Your consistency is amazing! We're cheering for you."
