Solar, a member of the popular K-pop group MAMAMOO, is set to conquer the late summer box office with her cinematic debut in the horror film 'The Ghost Station'.

Released nationwide today, August 17th, 'The Ghost Station' unfolds in a mysterious 'ghost transaction market' that opens when a specific window is revealed, depicting a chilling tale of individuals pursuing their desires.

In the film, Solar portrays 'Mi-yeon', a character who travels to a rural village to achieve her dream of becoming a renowned writer. Her path becomes entangled with a mysterious old tree, the village's guardian spirit, drawing her into a series of bizarre events.

Following her acclaimed performances in musicals such as 'Mata Hari' and 'Notre Dame de Paris,' fans are eagerly anticipating Solar's transition to the silver screen and the new facets of her talent she will reveal.

Through her agency, Solar shared her excitement, stating, "It is a great honor to make my screen debut with 'The Ghost Station.'
