VVS Shines in Debut Stage with New Member Lena

Girl group VVS has successfully completed their first official stage performance following the addition of new member Lena.

VVS took the opening stage of the ‘2025 Sookmyung Women's University Festival-Sunmyeonggye’ held on the 17th, marking a fiery debut. Despite the heavy rain, their performance, hard to believe for a newly debuted group, ignited the audience, signaling VVS's full-fledged global activities ahead.

Lena, who joined as the final puzzle piece, is known for her exceptional vocals, rapping skills, sophisticated visuals, and outstanding variety show talents, earning her the reputation of a 'hexagonal' player among trainees. Her addition is expected to bring out the best synergy for VVS as they establish themselves as a K-pop group with a fresh texture.

This capability was clearly demonstrated from the first stage. VVS presented all tracks from their first mini-album, including their debut song ‘TEA,’ as live performances. They also performed newly approached renditions of 4Minute’s ‘Hot Issue’ and iKON’s ‘Love Scenario,’ delivering a total of seven consecutive songs that shook the venue. Their energetic stage presence instantly captivated the audience.

MZMC, the group's agency, stated, "With Lena's addition, VVS's musical spectrum will expand further," and "We plan to strengthen engagement with global music fans through various stages and content."

VVS first appeared with their debut single ‘TEA’ in April and released their mini-album ‘D.I.M.M’ just one month later, leaving a strong impact. They garnered attention as the first K-pop girl group produced by MZMC's CEO and American producer Paul Bryan Thompson. Along with Lena, members Britney, Ailee, Lana, Jiwoo, and Riwon are captivating music fans with a concept that boldly departs from the typical beauty standards of girl groups.

Lena was recognized as a 'hexagonal' talent among trainees even before joining VVS due to her exceptional skills. She is injecting new vitality into the team with her multifaceted talents in vocals, rap, visuals, and variety show aptitude. With her addition, VVS is expected to embark on even more diverse musical explorations.
