Lim Young-woong Reveals 'True Fan' Status for Choi Yu-ri on 'Immortal Songs'

Singer Lim Young-woong has garnered attention by openly expressing his strong admiration for fellow artist Choi Yu-ri.

On the afternoon of the 6th, KBS 2TV's 'Immortal Songs' featured the second part of Lim Young-woong's first solo special, 'Lim Young-woong and Friends'. During the show, Lim Young-woong revealed 'fan' as his fourth keyword, confessing that he is a 'true fan' of an artist he had previously kept secret.

He introduced Choi Yu-ri as an 'artist who sings with deep emotion and a warm voice.' Choi Yu-ri then took the stage and performed her song 'Forest,' delivering a performance filled with beautiful sentiment. Lim Young-woong was visibly captivated, enthusiastically cheering her on.

After her performance, Choi Yu-ri commented on their relationship, stating, 'Because he is so famous, I didn't want it to seem like I was bragging, so I hadn't told anyone before.' Lim Young-woong shared that he found himself so engrossed in her music that he couldn't focus on his studies, and has been listening to her songs daily since.

During the broadcast, Choi Yu-ri also moved the audience by performing her rendition of Lim Young-woong's song 'Our Blues.'
