Actor Park Jeong-min shared heartfelt reflections on his visually impaired father, admitting to past ignorance and conveying deep empathy.

In a YouTube video released on the 7th on the channel 'One Shot Hansol,' Park Jeong-min engaged in a candid conversation with visually impaired YouTuber One Shot Hansol (Kim Han-sol) inside a darkroom. Park Jeong-min, who plays a visually impaired character in his upcoming film 'Face,' revealed that he began researching the lives of visually impaired individuals by watching One Shot Hansol's videos in preparation for the role. He described accepting the appearance offer as feeling like 'a weight being lifted.'

Park Jeong-min disclosed that his own father is visually impaired and confessed that he only realized last year that his father had never once complained about tactile paving. He admitted, 'It was a bit embarrassing,' reflecting on his previous thoughtless perception that tactile paving was inconvenient for moving with luggage, leaving a significant impression on viewers.

The two also shared an experience of making cup noodles in the darkroom. When asked by One Shot Hansol, 'This is your first time eating ramen made by a visually impaired person, right?', Park Jeong-min smiled brightly and replied, 'It is.' When asked about his father, Park Jeong-min humorously stated, 'I've never imagined my father cooking ramen for me.' Meanwhile, Park Jeong-min is set to take on a dual role in the film 'Face,' scheduled for release on the 11th.
