It has been revealed that director Yeon Sang-ho is the new owner of the ₩11 billion building in Daechi-dong previously owned by actor Jo Jung-suk, drawing significant public attention.

According to court registration records, Jo Jung-suk sold the building, which he had purchased for ₩3.9 billion in 2018 and then reconstructed in 2020, to Yeon Sang-ho's side for ₩11 billion.
