Stray Kids' Felix Celebrates Birthday with Generous $200,000 Donation

Stray Kids member Felix has brightened the lives of children by making a significant donation on his birthday.

To commemorate his special day on September 15th, Felix contributed a total of 200 million KRW (approximately $150,000 USD). The donation was split between Samsung Seoul Hospital (100 million KRW), UNICEF (50 million KRW), and World Vision (50 million KRW).

The funds will be allocated to support the treatment of pediatric patients at Samsung Seoul Hospital, nutrition and water/sanitation projects for children in Laos through UNICEF, and support for children facing family care challenges via World Vision.

Felix expressed his gratitude, stating, "Thanks to the unwavering love from our fans, I am deeply moved to be able to participate in sharing with children domestically and internationally for their bright future. I sincerely hope all children can dream freely."

This heartfelt gesture follows a similar donation made last year to UNICEF and World Vision, marking two consecutive birthdays dedicated to meaningful charitable acts and spreading positive influence.

Beyond his birthday donations, Felix has a history of consistent good deeds. He previously donated 150 million KRW to UNICEF over two instances to aid children in Laos struggling with malnutrition and poor water conditions, even visiting the project sites himself to offer hope. His philanthropic efforts also extend to emergency relief for the Syria-Turkey earthquake, support for domestic children's programs, and assistance for wildfire recovery efforts.

Felix, born in Sydney, Australia, is known for his dynamic stage presence and unique vocal tone within Stray Kids. He has actively participated in various charitable initiatives, demonstrating a strong commitment to social responsibility.
