MBC's 'Home Alone' (Goo Hae-jwo! Homes) is set to embark on a special house-hunting mission following Seoul's popular noodle spots. This week's episode features broadcaster Hong Seok-cheon, Younghoon from the group THE BOYZ, and announcer Kim Dae-ho participating in the 'Noodle Road in Seoul' special.

Kim Sook introduced the mission as a journey that will explore everything from noodle restaurants frequented by office workers during lunch breaks to places favored by professors and even top executives. In the studio, Hong Seok-cheon humorously expressed his disappointment that Younghoon and Kim Dae-ho were seated on the opposing team, eliciting laughter from the start.

Younghoon, who has lived in a dorm for 10 years, revealed he has no independent living experience. He confessed that while he enjoys living with his group members, he harbors dreams of living alone, particularly in a place with a Han River view.

Yang Se-hyeong mentioned that Hong Seok-cheon and Younghoon were invited due to their association with noodle recipes. Hong Seok-cheon recalled a past convenience store ramen named after him, aiming to create a noodle dish that could relieve stress for students studying late. Younghoon also sparked curiosity by mentioning a popular spicy stir-fried noodle recipe created by a fan, known as 'Younghoon's Good Deed,' which went viral on social media.

The house-hunting journey for Hong Seok-cheon, Younghoon, and Kim Dae-ho began in Yeouido with an office worker concept titled 'CEO Hong and His Jewels.' Kim Dae-ho admitted it was his first time wearing makeup for a 'Home Alone' filming, and Hong Seok-cheon promised to buy him a new suit, brightening Kim Dae-ho's day. The 'Noodle Road in Seoul' special airs this Thursday at 10 PM on MBC's 'Home Alone.'

Hong Seok-cheon gained attention in 2023 for his candid discussions about his business and love life on JTBC's 'Salty Tour.' He continues to balance his broadcasting career with managing his restaurant in Itaewon. Recently, he has been actively engaging with fans through his YouTube channel, sharing updates on his life.
