Park Ji-yeon, the wife of broadcaster Lee Soo-geun, has drawn attention by posting a meaningful message following her second kidney transplant surgery.

Park recently shared a photo on her social media featuring a quote from actress Song Hye-kyo's past TV appearance, stating, "If it's mine, it will come to me, and if not, it will go to someone else."

This message is interpreted as a sentiment of letting go of greed, and given Park Ji-yeon's situation of undergoing a second transplant after a long battle with illness, it resonates deeply, garnering support from many.

Previously, Park Ji-yeon's kidneys were damaged in 2011 due to toxemia during her second pregnancy, leading her to receive a transplant from her father. However, she endured over a decade of dialysis. She successfully underwent a second surgery in mid-August, receiving a kidney from her older brother.

Before the operation, Park Ji-yeon expressed her determination to recover, saying, "I plan to refrain from going out for a few months due to immunosuppressants and take time to focus only on myself." Her post-surgery update offers a glimpse into her calm yet profound inner thoughts after this arduous journey.

Park Ji-yeon married broadcaster Lee Soo-geun in 2008 and they have two sons. She previously suffered from health complications due to toxemia during pregnancy, but has been recovering her health after a long period of illness and a successful kidney transplant. She actively communicates with fans through social media, showcasing a positive outlook.
