
Hyun Young Flaunts Impressive 'Seoul National University' In-Laws, Reveals Husband's Separation Anxiety
Broadcaster Hyun Young turned heads by revealing her impressive family background of in-laws.
Appearing on the SBS entertainment program 'Shinbal Botgo Dolsingpoman – The After' (hereafter Dolsingpoman) on the 9th, Hyun Young astonished viewers by disclosing that her entire husband's family are graduates of Seoul National University.
Hyun Young shared that she wasn't aware of her in-laws' alma mater until after marriage, only discovering their Seoul National University background when she saw their gravestones at the ancestral burial site. When host Tak Jae-hoon questioned how she married without knowing this, she proudly recounted her father-in-law's warm welcome, who was delighted to meet her on their first encounter.
Furthermore, Hyun Young humorously revealed that her husband suffers from separation anxiety due to his deep love for her, believing that all men are attracted to her, which elicited laughter from the cast.
Hyun Young debuted as an actress in 1999, later expanding her career into hosting and singing. Her 2006 hit song 'Noona's Dream' brought her widespread popularity. She married a finance professional in 2012 and they have two children, a son and a daughter.
