The track, released unexpectedly at 7 AM on July 10th, was a gift to fans as summer begins to fade, according to her agency EDAM Entertainment. The early morning release and lack of prior promotion only added to the intrigue surrounding the new song.

Originally unveiled during IU's '2024 IU HEREH WORLD TOUR CONCERT ENCORE : THE WINNING' last September in Seoul, the song had been highly requested for an official release by fans who were captivated by its performance.
