Actor Im Hyeong-jun Becomes a 'Parenting Master', Juggles Childcare Amid Wife's Business Expansion
Entertainer Im Hyeong-jun has shared his current situation, fully immersed in parenting and becoming quite the expert. During the recent broadcast of the MBC variety show 'Radio Star', which featured a 'Rich Dad in Heart, Poor Dad in Body' special, Im Hyeong-jun revealed his new status as a childcare guru.
He explained that with his wife focusing on opening a second branch for her pilates studio, he stepped in to handle all childcare duties for the month of August. Im Hyeong-jun humorously rated his parenting performance, stating, "My wife asked me to help with childcare for just one month as she opened her second pilates location. So, I took care of everything in August. If I had to give myself a score, maybe around 80 points?"
However, he also shared the physical toll of active play with his daughter. "My daughter is at a very active age, so we do a lot of physically demanding play. She wants me to push her on the swing, play airplane by jumping, and pretend she's a rocket. But my neck and back aren't in the best shape, and I find myself visiting the orthopedic clinic weekly," he confessed.
The discussion led to humorous anecdotes from fellow guests about managing physical ailments discreetly from spouses, highlighting the relatable challenges of parenting.
Im Hyeong-jun, a South Korean actor, first gained significant recognition for his role in the critically acclaimed 2003 film 'Memories of Murder'. He has since built a diverse filmography, often portraying memorable supporting characters. Beyond his acting career, he has also appeared in various entertainment programs.
