The latest episode of the Genie TV original drama 'My Star, My Everything' has thrown viewers into suspense as star Uhm Jung-hwa (Bong Chung-ah) and Song Seung-heon (Dok-go Cheol) face mounting crises.

In the 10th episode, Bong Chung-ah expressed her hurt over Dok-go Cheol's past indifference, but her underlying affection was palpable. However, their fragile peace was shattered by a fabricated dating scandal linking Chung-ah with top star Won Ban (Ji Jin-hee), orchestrated by Kang Du-won (Oh Dae-hwan). Dok-go Cheol vehemently denied the rumors, leading to a tense confrontation with Du-won, who seemed unsettled by whispers surrounding Kang Du-won. Chung-ah worried about Cheol, only to be reassured by his firm declaration, "It's not you protecting me, it's me protecting you."

Dark omens continued to loom. Chung-ah couldn't ignore a trainee who reminded her of her past, while Dok-go Cheol wrestled with the trauma of failing to protect victims in past entertainment scandals. To add to the turmoil, Chung-ah faced her sister Bong Baek-ja's (Joo In-young) accusations regarding aspiring singer Bong Da-hee (Do Yeong-seo), and a shocking revelation about her estranged past with her family. The episode concluded with a cliffhanger: Chung-ah, injured while saving Da-hee, loses consciousness just as Dok-go Cheol finds himself cornered by Joo Seung-pil's (Go Han-min) gang, hinting at an impending storm.

Meanwhile, a crucial clue emerged when Min Tae-sook (Cha Chung-hwa) pressed Sa Seon-young (Jo Yeon-hee) about a 'recording file.' A found recorder in Bong Seok-bong's (Ryu Tae-ho) belongings now holds the key to unraveling the mystery.

Uhm Jung-hwa, a legendary figure in Korean entertainment, debuted as a singer in 1993 and has since achieved significant success as an actress. Her roles in films like 'Marriage Is a Crazy Thing' and 'The President's Barber' have earned her critical acclaim. She recently reignited her musical career with the variety show 'Shopping Agent,' captivating audiences with her enduring star power.
